Interested in health and well-being practices since my teenage years, I first practiced Qi Gong for many years before deciding to train assiduously with several Masters in France and later in China.

Ready to pass on my experience, I obtained different diplomas and certifications in these two countries that enable me to teach.

After a few years, I desired to have more answers to the numerous questions my students asked me regarding the benefits of various exercises or the stimulation of certain acupuncture points and meridians. Although having a broad range of skills, it no longer felt sufficient.

I therefore decided to study Chinese medicine, first in Paris and later in Geneva.

Very quickly, it was not only a question of being able to answer questions with ease during Qi Gong classes, but also of acquiring all the skills needed to practice this art!

Today, and after my diplomas in TuiNa massage and Acupuncture, I continue to train very regularly in order to improve myself in these practices.

I am also a member of

Si Yuan Balance Method (Dr Tan) as well as

Sport Acupuncture (Synergie Method)

and the Artisans du Bien Être Pays d'Enhaut.
