The session
Acupuncture, TuiNa massage… How does a consultation work ?

Consultations last 1 hour (allow 1 hour 15 minutes for the first consultation) during which we discuss the reasons for your visit, your concerns, problems or pain.

I will ask you many questions - some of which you may find surprising or unrelated to your condition! - in order to be able to establish the treatment protocol that will suit you best at that particular moment: acupuncture points, moxibustion, TuiNa...
I do not leave you alone at any time, which allows you to share your impressions with me if necessary.
How many sessions should I consider ?
It all depends on the reason for your visit and how long it will take your body to recover.
It is generally advisable to return the following week and then space out the sessions every 2, 3 or 4 weeks to consolidate the effect. For chronic conditions, you may need to consider one session per month for a few months.
Don't worry: I adapt my rates to the number of sessions required !

As for TuiNa sessions, they are often done in sets of 3, with a week between each session. But even one session alone is beneficial !
Hygiene measures
Your therapist is committed to a number of hygienic measures which are strictly followed.
The acupuncture needles used are single-use needles and used needles are collected and disposed in medical waste boxes.
Used sheets, towels and table tops are changed between each patient.
