Qi Gong classes
Unless you specifically request an individual class, practices take place in groups of at least 2 participants.
They consist of a warm-up, self-massages, gentle stretching and traditional Dao Yin Yang Sheng Gong movements. This method was developed according to the rules of traditional Chinese medicine and includes several sequences that flow energy through the body, make articulations more supple and maintain organ functions. It reinforces the rooting and the strength of the legs, fluidity, recentering and stability.
The taught sequences are declined according to the season and the organs which are associated with it in the Chinese traditional Medicine.
A flexible and comfortable outfit, allowing ample movements, is recommended.
