When to consult ?

Of course, the ideal would be to come regularly for a consultation, at least at each seasonal change, for two or three Tuina or acupuncture sessions, in order to preserve the energetic balance and to prevent the development of disorders or diseases...

Unfortunately, being too busy, only a few people are willing to take this healthy initiative.
So, when do I know that a few sessions of Chinese medicine would be of great benefit to me?
What pains can it relieve or cure?
The truth is that the range is extremely wide;
a medicine does not accumulate over 2500 years of experience for nothing!

In the Western world, however, Traditional Chinese Medicine often tends to restrict its capabilities to focus on the most common pathologies encountered in the practice, such as :

-
musculoskeletal disorders such as arthritis, neuralgia, neck pain, shoulder pain, elbow pain, knee pain, low back pain, fibromyalgia...
-
emotional and psychological disorders such as stress, depression, sadness, fatigue, anxiety, insomnia, nervosity but also headaches, dizziness...
-
circulatory disorders
-
addictions to food, alcohol, nicotine
-
respiratories disorders such as sinusitis, allergies, bronchitis, asthma
-
gastrointestinal disorders such as food allergies, chronic diarrhoea, constipation, indigestion, intestinal weakness, gastritis, nausea and vomiting…
-
gynaecological problems, menstrual cramps, leucorrhoea, difficulties in conceiving, pregnancy, breastfeeding, menopausal problems…

-
dermatological problems
Take note that Chinese medicine benefits the whole family, including babies and grandparents!

For children, acupressure, gentle moxibustion such as Ontake and Tuina are the preferred methods.
They will benefit from treatments for digestive problems, earaches, bedwetting, sleep problems, allergies, immune system reinforcement...

Teenagers can benefit from acupuncture to help balance hormonal cycles, manage stress and the daily challenges of studying and treat occasional sports injuries.
It is good to keep in mind, however, that your Chinese Medicine practice in the mountains is not a substitute for conventional medical treatment and that I will never make you stop a treatment prescribed by your doctor.

If you are already being treated with conventional medicine, physiotherapy or osteopathy, you will however notice all the benefits of a Chinese Medicine treatment to help your body and mind feeling better, more serenely and more quickly.
